I was quoted 5 weeks out for an install but it was done ahead of schedule. The office staff was kind and informative. John was fantastic to work with and a great listener. He executed our request exactly as we envisioned. My one small criticism: I found an empty water bottle, a few cigarette butts and some straggler pieces of old soffit in my flower bed but other than those nit picky and easily remedied things, the job was immaculate. read less
