"I did my research and called CJS based on Google reviews and BBB ratings. I had them come out for a quote and that went great. Estimator called and scheduled an installation date (we were wanting a total redo of our screened in back patio). Installation day comes around (a Saturday) and the "crew" finally shows up at 1:30 PM. This is where things went south. They arrived in a van with a different company name. I tried to communicate with them both and they didn't speak English. I was able to convey to them that they needed to leave my property. On Monday the estimator called and obviously I complained about sub-contracters showing up without me being informed that they sub-contract their work.CJS needs to be transparent that they sub-contract their work which invalidates the need to do any research. The estimator stated that their actual CJS crew is booked for months and that this is standard operating procedure for them. The estimator offered to discount the job, but at no time offered to have their actual crew do the work.No thanks."
