Charles Lynch

President | Licensed State Contractor

Born and raised in Orlando, Charles "Chuck" Lynch founded CJS Aluminum in 1981. Starting as a gutter installer, he quickly expanded his expertise to other trades, building the company from the ground up. Chuck's hands-on approach and commitment to doing business the "right" way have earned him respect in the construction industry. Today, he oversees daily operations, remains actively involved in proposals, and ensures every project meets the company's high standards.

John Terrell

Manager

Joining CJS Aluminum in 2001, John brought with him 12 years of construction experience. He manages the gutter department and estimates jobs in the field. John's expertise in budgeting, estimating, and project management makes him the primary contact for many custom home builders. His attention to detail and commitment to quality have earned him a loyal client base.

Karrie Krell

Operations Manager | Licensed State Contractor

A Florida native, Karrie grew up in a family construction business. She joined CJS Aluminum in 2004. She quickly worked her way up in the company gaining her State Contractor's license in 2015. She manages the soffit and screen department. Is the main contact for large builder accounts like D.R. Horton and Ryan Homes and is adept in job cost analysis.
